As a true side sleeper, I'm glad I bought this pillow. The first night took some getting used to, but I wouldn't want to be without it now. The pillow, just like Best Life's regular pillow, is of good and solid quality. Furthermore, it's a nice and not too large knee pillow, and the memory foam molds comfortably between the knees. The pillow itself is not washable. We recommend airing the pillow once a month. The polyester protective cover can be washed, up to 30 degrees Celsius. A dryer is not recommended.

No, the covers are made of 100% polyester. These covers are anti-dust mite allergy. So you will not suffer from dust mites.
